Bhopal-panchmarhi-nagpur

i along with my friends will be traveling to Pachmarhi in another ten days....our tour will start on Saturday from Bhopal early morning and we have to reach to Nagpur in night of Sunday please suggest how much time will it take to come by cab from Bhopal to Pachmarhi and then from Pachmarhi to Nagpur.....also since we will be there effectively only for one day which places can we visit in this time frame.........
